Flight & Training Booking Terms

1. A separate service

Experience flights, promotional flights and flight training are a separate activity of Argo Aero and are independent of aircraft sales. Nothing in a flight or training booking forms part of an aircraft purchase, and our Terms & Conditions of Sale do not apply to it.

2. How booking works

• The booking form on this site is a request, not a confirmed reservation. We check availability with the flight school and confirm your dates, price and payment arrangements by email or phone.
• Flights and training are conducted by a licensed flight school and its instructors, under the school's own operational rules, at its base in the Algarve, Portugal.

3. Weather and rescheduling

Flying is weather-dependent. The pilot in command may delay, shorten, reroute or reschedule any flight for safety at any time, including on the day. If your flight cannot take place, we will agree new dates with you - this is a normal part of aviation, not a failure of the service.

4. Your part

• Provide accurate details for everyone flying (including weight where requested - it matters for flight planning) and arrive on time.
• Follow the instructions of the pilot and school staff at all times. The pilot in command's decisions on safety are final.
• Tell us in advance of any medical condition that could affect flying.

5. Liability

Flights are operated by the flight school under its licences and insurance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law; your statutory rights are unaffected.

6. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
